Vincent Gordon is the President of the Gordon Policy Group, and has been a leading
executive in the managed healthcare for nearly three decades. His extensive
management experience in provider network, government and authority programming,
and community service has evolved into a meaningful, impactful and sought-after
consultant work. Vincent earned his B.S from Hahnemann University, and his MBA from
Widener University, with a concentration in Health Care Administration and
Management, supported by a foundational education degree in Medical Technology.
He holds certification in Executive Program in Managed Care, from the National Center
for Managed Care Health Care Administration, as well as Leadership Philadelphia.
Vincent’s time as Associate Vice President Provider Network Management for Keystone
First for 20+ years, as well as his time as Deputy Secretary Office Medical Assistance
Programs for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, affords him a deep
understanding, wisdom and perspective earned within this niche market, in both
commercial and government entities.

Vincent enjoys being active in his local community, serving on several non profit boards including the YMCA of Eastern Delco, The Foundation of Delaware County and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.
